We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Usually it will take two to eight working days after confirmation of the payment to assemble your pack. Please note that during Holidays, Black Friday or other promotions in our store we usually need more time.
Estimated times of delivery is between three to nine days worldwide.
Depending on the country package will be delivered by UPS for the EU countries, DPD for Poland, and Fed-ex for the rest of the world.
After dispatching we provide a tracking number which is trackable in all countries.
Polish Postal Service:
Shipment by this method can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive, depending on the customs office at the destination. Usually, it takes up to one week for European countries, 4-5 weeks for USA/Canada and 5-6 weeks for Australian addresses once your order has shipped.
After dispatching we provide a tracking number which is trackable in all countries with three exceptions – USA, Canada and Australia.
Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 current situation, Polish postal service provider have temporarily suspended accepting international parcels to :

All orders (both new and waiting) are being processed under our standard procedures, and will be sent the first-day international shipping via Polish Post is restored. We are keeping abreast of any developments and will inform you as soon as the situation changes.
Free shipping is available for all orders over 150 Euro via Polish Post Office.
We believe that you will be delighted with PUPPETSWAR product, but from time to time you may feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, this includes all shipping costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. If you return the product in its original condition because of faulty goods or incorrect orders, PUPPETSWAR will either refund the total amount, not including return shipping costs to you or replace the faulty item or incorrect order. Non delivered packages:
In the case of non-delivery parcels on the fault of the recipient we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for resending the package. The amount will be in accordance with the actual price of shipping.
Possible tax and/or custom fees:
Please note, that when ordering from outside of the EU, you may be required to pay additional fees for customs and/or tax. This is dependant on the destination country's tax and customs policy and we are in no way abel to accertain possible extra charges. Please keep that in mind when making a purchase.
